2024´ s first training session was held on Tuesday 2 January. Welcome back to another year with us!

The two last groups for grading was members from Karate Basic and Focus group. On Tuesday 19 December the Juniors graded and on Thursday 21 December the seniors graded. Good work everybody! Keep the spirit on for your training. Oss!

On Monday 18 December the gradings for Karate Juniors and Open Class (New beginners group) took place! Good grading and lots of spirit! Keep on the good work!

Great perforamance from our younger members in Tiny Tigers och Karate Kids during their grading. Well done!

As usual it is Karate Tigers that starts the grading period at our dojo on Wednesday 6 December.

Markus participated on a karate seminar with sensei Velibor in Tampere, Finland, 23-26 November. Good spirit as usual and lots of training of course since the course was over four days this time. Oss!

On Saturday 28 October all instructors were on team building activity. This time we tried gokart and it was great fun. The weather was not good but it was funny anyway. Well done everybody!

Saturday 30 September we had a celebration party for our club: 25 years. In January 1998 the club was founded by sensei Mona Pfaus. During this celebration Dan Söderberg, one of the first members in the club, also came to the party after the reunion training. Great party with good attendency. Well done and well orginazed from the party committée. ...

Saturday 30 September we had a Reunion Training with previous members in the club. It was a good training session and good spirit, even if it was years ago some of them trained last time. We will continue with this reunion training for previous members next year as well.

Traditional autumn karate seminar with sensei Velibor Dimitrijevic in Växjö for the 28th time. This time we also have guests from other clubs from Sweden, Finland and Serbia. Good training with focus on basics. On Saturday afternoon we also had a theory session (about Karate History) with fika. Oss! Mona
