Thursday evening we had the last groups for grading this year: Karate Basic and Focusgroup. They did all well and passed their grades. Good work everybody! Oss! Mona

Tonight it was Open Class that did their grading. Due to C-19 we have to split up the groups for grading this time. Great work everybody and continue training. This is just the first step on a long karate journey! Oss! Mona

On Sunday 12 December it was time for Karate Juniors to do their grading. Everybody got a really hard time during the grading and all of them did a great work! Very good everybody! Oss! Mona

Today it was grading time for Tiny Tigers and Karate Kids. They did a great grading and did perform very well thanks to good work from their instructors as well: Giselle and Fabian with Tiny Tigers and Anna-Maria and Markus with Karate Kids! Söndagen den 14 november var alla föräldrar välkomna att träna karate med sitt barn. Ett uppskattat pass som varit efterfrågat de senaste terminerna men som vi naturligtvis inte kunnat genomföra pga C-19 - men nu var det äntligen dags! Bra jobbat alla! Här kommer några bilder från träningspassen.

5-7 November we had a seminar with sensei Velibor Dimitrijevic at our dojo. This time, due to C-19 and restrictions, we had the seminar only for club members since we also have restrictions in the dojo as well. Let´s hope we all can train together next year again! Oss!
