Today Sweden celebrate National day but we also had a grading in the dojo with Tiny Tigers and Karate Kids. Everybody did very well and deserved their new grades. Thanks to our good instructors Moa, Hildur, Anna-Maria, Leo, Henrietta and Måns! Amazing work. Oss! Mona

Great week course with sensei Velibor Dimitrijevic, 8 dan on the annual karate seminar at Sport camp, in Loutraki Greece. Karatekas came from all different spots from Europe to this 20 years celebration of the Sport camp seminars: Finnland, Sweden, Norway, Scotland, England, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Greece, Cyprus and Serbia.

Thanks for this gift after the training session with the Focus group. It was my birthday and I celebrate it with my karate family in the dojo with a training session - of course! Oss! Mona

Once every semester we "surprise" our newbeginners with a special training. Then members from other groups join the Open Class and everybody has a "buddy" to train with. It is a nice tradition and a good memory for everybody. And you also learn to know other members in the dojo as well once you were a white belt and then...

First Sunday in May we always celebrate Kodomo No Hi - Childrens day. In Japan it is a holiday celebrating the children. We do it with some training! Here is sensei Mona together with our Tiny Tigers!

For the fift year we had our traditional ~BOOT CAMP EASTER ~ with sensei Mona Pfaus, 5 dan.

Last Friday we had Karate Disco for our younger members in our club: Tiny Tigers, Karate Kids and Karate Juniors. We had two times (for different ages) and it was really good and fun!
We will have a disco in the Autumn as well (höstlov) close to Halloween times. Then the Dojo will be a Disco again. Thanks to everybody that helped out this evening! ...

Torsdagen 10 april hade vi hjärt- och lungräddning med våra ledare, styrelsen och Säker & Trygg-gruppen. Det var uppskattat och lärorikt. Detta gör vi vartannat år för att bibehålla våra kunskaper som kan rädda liv.

Lördagen den 5 april hade vi en gemensam träning för alla våra grupper i klubben. Samtliga grupper var representerade under träningspasset: Tiny Tigers, Karate Kids, Karate Tigers, Karate Juniors, Open Class, Karate Basic och Fokusgruppen.
